  • Call-out, diagnosis & repair from £85.00 (Mon-Sat).

  • Parts supplied at trade prices with a 6-month warranty.

  • Free quote for Installations when you send a photo

Booking an Appointment

When scheduling an appointment, please have the following details ready:

  • Brand of the appliance.

  • Type of appliance.

  • Model Number.

  • Error code (if displayed).

  • Whether the appliance is free-standing or integrated​.

  • Information about vehicle parking availability at or near the address.

 

Appointment Confirmation                                                                                              Once the appointment date is confirmed, you will receive a text message with a one-hour time slot for the scheduled day. If the date or time is not convenient or if you need to cancel the appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us via text or phone call.

​Warranty and Repairs 

  • All manufacturer-branded parts installed come with a six-month warranty.

  • If a part fails within the warranty period, there is a 50% charge of the diagnostic labour rate for replacing the part.

Availability

Charges

  • Diagnostic Labour Charges:

       £85.00 for a free-standing appliances

       £95.00 for integrated appliances.​

​

  • Additional Repairs:                                                                                              £45.00 per appliance at the same address during the same visit                            

  • Installation Charges (to pre-existing plumbing or electrical outlets):                 £75 for freestanding appliances                                                                        £110 for integrated appliances

  • No Fault Found:                                                                                                 If no fault is identified during the visit, the diagnostic labour charge will still   apply.     

  •  Payment Terms                                                                                           Payments must be made on-site during the visit.                                        The cost of parts is separate and must be paid in advance before ordering   or installation.                                                                                                     For any further enquiries or assistance, feel free to reach out.
